Hatha Yoga – Breath and Body Awareness

This class breaks down instruction to encourage proper alignment and steadiness while in asana’s and uses the breath as the fundamental key to body/mind integration. This class is suitable for all levels of experience. Postures will be held for several breaths to facilitate strength building, personal growth and transformation, while additionally offering a flow sequence within each practice. Mindfulness meditative practices and ancient pranayama breathing techniques will be integrated throughout our movements.
