Gentle Hatha Yoga – Stretch and Relax

We all need some gentleness in our lives!

 We all need some gentleness in our lives!

During this gentle practice of yoga we will stretch, elongate, and strengthen our bodies.

The postures and sequence in this class are design to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which activates rest and restore response.

We will bring our attention inward and connect to the breath.

As we go through the poses we will feel the sensations and remember that our bodies look for comfort not discomfort.

You don’t have to be able to touch your toes to practice yoga!

This class is for all levels.
