Yoga for Stress Relief and Anxiety

Are you experiencing high levels of stress in your everyday life?

Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed?
Or you’re struggling with depression?
Stress is abundant, and seems to be on the rise.
What I love about practicing Yoga is the transformation it brings. Yoga works on many levels, as we are multidimensional Human Beings.
The nervous system is one of the levels we can actively benefit, switching our bodies out of sympathetic (Fight and Flight) response to parasympathetic (Rest and Restore) response. Ahhh!
In yoga practice, through the sequencing of tense and rest/release, we can train our bodies to shift more easily from stress to being at ease in our every day life.

You don’t have to be able to touch your toes to practice yoga!
