Amrita is the best yoga instructor I have ever had. She has a very calming and soothing voice and she leads the class greatly. I really appreciate that she always makes sure the students are doing the poses correctly, especially paying attention to the neck area. She brings variation to her classes.
After just one yoga class with Amrita, I knew that she was the teacher for me. Amrita has a special way of making every student feel supported and encouraged. She is gentle, nurturing and also inspiring as she demonstrates and explains each pose. Since I began taking Amrita’s classes six months ago, I feel stronger, healthier, more relaxed and confident. I take Amrita’s classes twice a week and I would go every day if I could.
Yoga with Amrita is special. I have attended yoga classes with other instructors, but I am now spoiled since taking her class for the past six months. I feel so much better physically and mentally after “ Gentle Yoga “ each week. It creates an overall feeling of inner peace and has increased my physical strength and flexibility. If I can’t make it to class once a week, I really miss it!
