 Ayurveda is 5000 years old Holistic Healing System.  Ayurveda states that Health is not just the absence of the disease, it is physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.  This beautiful 5 part course was designed by co-founders of Chopra Center; Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon.  You will learn about your mind-body type or Dosha and how to balance it.  You will learn how to select and use the most nourishing foods for your mind-body to restore Vitality, you will be introduced to the techniques that will help with emotional clearing.  Participants will also learn basic principles of meditation.  This program is presented by Amrita - Chopra Center certified Vedic Educator.
