Amrita will make the Hawaiian Green Juice after the class to awaken the senses and nourish the body. This recipe comes from Chopra Center. Very healthy and very delicious!

There are so many benefits to yoga practice; the biggest one, in my opinion, is the reduction of stress.
Heart rate normalizes, stress hormones subside, the body starts to release the tension, our mind calms down.

Brand New Beginner Yoga Series

A gentle and quiet practice in which we allow access to the deeper connective tissues of the body through holding passive postures for longer periods of time.
Find a new vitality in the stillness, quiet, and simple surrender of yin. Socks and sweaters are welcome 🙂

Soul Flow with Shankari
Mondays, 6 -7:15pm
Soul Flow incorporates Hatha Yoga principles and asana, while infusing Vinyasa Flow movements and breathe work. Each class will incorporate 7 sequences including centering, sun salutations, back bends, forward bends, twists, deep relaxation and meditation/pranayama. Along with the movements, positive affirmations, and soul wisdom will be shared, to enhance the student’s ability to manifest, and cultivate change in their life. This form of fun, love and power allows the yogi to create a deep connection with their true roots and soul center!
