Green Juice Yoga Wednesdays at 10:15am

Join Amrita every Wednesdays at 10:15am for a gentle yoga practice to energize, improve circulation, to stretch and to breathe deeply.
Amrita will make the Hawaiian Green Juice after the class to awaken the senses and nourish the body. This recipe comes from Chopra Center.  Very healthy and very delicious!

Meditation class - free! Tuesdays,

12-12:30pm with Amrita

Meditation is easy. If you can think and breathe, you can meditate!
There are so many benefits to yoga practice; the biggest one, in my opinion, is the reduction of stress.
Heart rate normalizes, stress hormones subside, the body starts to release the tension, our mind calms down.
This is a free class. Please sign up so we know who is coming 🙂
