There are so many benefits to yoga practice; the biggest one, in my opinion, is the reduction of stress.
Heart rate normalizes, stress hormones subside, the body starts to release the tension, our mind calms down.

Soul Flow incorporates Hatha Yoga principles and asana, while infusing Vinyasa Flow movements and breathe work. Each class will incorporate 7 sequences including centering, sun salutations, back bends, forward bends, twists, deep relaxation and meditation/pranayama. This form of fun, love and power allows the yogi to create a deep connection with their true roots and soul center!
