The Eight Treasures consist of eight sets of exercises that combine toning and strengthening movements, stretching and specific breathing techniques for the purpose of maintaining health and preventing disease. It describes an ancient system of energy-enhancing movements based on the natural motion of the heavenly bodies. The Eight Treasures can be practiced by anyone at any fitness level.

Green Juice Yoga Wednesdays at 9:15am

Join Amrita every Wednesdays at 9:15am for a gentle yoga practice to energize, improve circulation, to stretch and to breathe deeply.
Amrita will make the Hawaiian Green Juice after the class to awaken the senses and nourish the body. This recipe comes from Chopra Center.  Very healthy and very delicious!

Meditation is easy. If you can think and breathe, you can meditate!
 Heart rate normalizes, stress hormones subside, the body starts to release the tension, our mind calms down.

Mondays, 6 -7:15pm

Soul Flow incorporates Hatha Yoga principles and asana, while infusing Vinyasa Flow movements and breathe work. Each class will incorporate 7 sequences including centering, sun salutations, back bends, forward bends, twists, deep relaxation and meditation/pranayama. Along with the movements, positive affirmations, and soul wisdom will be shared, to enhance the student’s ability to manifest, and cultivate change in their life. This form of fun, love and power allows the yogi to create a deep connection with their true roots and soul center!
